Worked with curator and to oversee the raising of a 24’ high traditional barn-raising inside the museum. The barn has been disassembled and brought from Michigan, and volunteers from around the country came to participate in a multi-day community raising. Serving as the centerpiece for an exhibit on barn preservation, this was the first barn raised in Washington DC in 85 years.
